We have supported Vignobles Baudet in the development of their new product: Château Piron la Romaine. A simple recipe: mix the word “piron”, from the dialect of Haute Gironde which designates young geese, add to this the proximity of the remains of the Villa Gallo-Romaine de Plassac, famous for its mosaics, and we come to a superb realization by Atelier 7 of a goose in tesserae!
