Domaine du Sacré-Cœur is a family-run winery located in Assignan, Occitanie. Their Carignan “125” takes its name from the age of the vines: just over 125 years old. It is a dry, straightforward and authentic wine, with no artifice. The label was designed to reflect that same spirit.

Produced by our Roy printing house in Burgundy, this is the approach we took.

Textured Paper

We selected Cotone Bianco Sabia paper, whose subtle texture catches and reflects the light beautifully. This type of support genuinely transforms the tactile perception of the label, giving it a far more refined feel than a standard coated paper.

Debossing on the Text

Debossing creates a genuine relief effect in the paper without the addition of ink. The text gains depth and interacts with the light depending on the viewing angle, producing an effect reminiscent of engraving : understated yet immediately noticeable.

A Minimalist Composition

Few elements, no visual clutter. The name, the grape variety, the number. Nothing more, and that is precisely what gives the design its strength.

We are proud to have worked with Domaine du Sacré-Cœur on this distinctive and original label !
