Located on the hillside of Bourgueillois, in an idyllic setting, La Cabernelle designates the grouping of 2 estates: the domain of Pontonnier in Saint-Nicolas, and the domain Caslot sur Bourgueil.
The resulting vineyard has been exclusively grown organically since 2012 and has 35 hectares of Cabernet Franc on the AOP Bourgueil and St Nicolas de Bourgueil.
The diversity of the soils and the vines offers a range of different wines according to the exposure and the age of the vines.
Claudia, Franck and Bertrand entrusted us with the printing of the latest labels, one on a soft touch paper with a matte appearance and soft to the touch which contrasts with the red hot foil and the embossing ; and the other on a ‘cotton’ paper, with printing on hot foil to give shine to the colors and a deep and intense hot black.
